Select the Lolly House piece you’d like to make your own and place your order. You don’t need to know exactly how you’d like it personalized yet—that’s what we’re here for.

02 — LET’S MAKE IT YOURS

Within 24 hours, a member of Lolly House will personally contact you to begin the design process. We’ll learn more about what you’re envisioning and help you select the details that will make your piece uniquely yours.

03 — EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES

Choose from our extensive library of monograms, motifs, frames, fonts and embroidery designs. Have something else in mind? Send us your inspiration and we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life—from something beautifully classic to something completely one-of-a-kind.

04 — FINALIZE YOUR DESIGN

Together, we’ll select your embroidery, colors, placement and finishing details. We’ll confirm your design with you before your piece enters our workroom.

05 — MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU

Once approved, your piece is thoughtfully embroidered and finished to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for custom pieces to ship.

06 — FROM OUR HOUSE TO YOURS

Your finished piece is carefully packaged and sent your way—ready to be enjoyed in your home, given as a thoughtful gift, or brought out for life’s special occasions.
